The typical pay range for this role is $87,035.00 - $187,460.00, and the actual base salary will depend on factors like experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program.
This is a field-based position, and eligible candidates must live in Pennsylvania with the ability to travel up to 50% in state for meetings with providers and members.
Candidates must reside in Pennsylvania, hold a Master’s degree in a Behavioral Health field with active clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent), have a minimum of 5 years of experience in behavioral health including direct work with children and families, in-depth knowledge of Pennsylvania’s behavioral health system, and proven ability to engage and collaborate with providers and agencies.
