Active Cosmetology/Esthetician license, displayed during all working hours as mandated by the state

Responsibilities

Seek out customers to provide a world-class beauty advisor experience
Provide personalized sales service based on customer needs, including productive upselling and suggestive selling
Engage customers with CVS services, Beauty Club programs, in-store events, and promotions to close sales
Perform ear-piercing services in all stores and all other applicable services offered in any location worked
Represent CVS and partner brands, upholding highest standards of service
Educate customers by demonstrating proper product usage and highlighting features/benefits to drive purchases
Create and maintain product displays and promotional materials
Participate in and represent CVS at sales programs and events
Maintain assigned area well-stocked, well-merchandised, clean, and compliant with hygiene standards
Ensure compliance with CVS sanitation and hazardous waste disposal policies
Complete ongoing sales, brand, and paid service execution training timely
Stay plugged-in to latest beauty trends and techniques as a beauty enthusiast
