  • Stay current with latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge
  • Meet sales budgets and track personal sales progress

Responsibilities

  • Seek out customers in the beauty zone to provide personalized sales service and ensure a fantastic experience
  • Engage in conversations with customers, listen to their needs, and provide specialized sales advice
  • Use verbal skills confidently to generate sales and stimulate customer interest
  • Educate customers on product usage, benefits, and leverage the CVS beauty monthly sampling program
  • Participate in and represent company sales programs, events, CVS Beauty Club, promotions, and in-store events
  • Create and maintain product displays, end caps, and promotional materials for key brands and initiatives
  • Keep the beauty zone well-stocked, well-merchandised, clean, and compliant with hygiene standards
  • Ensure compliance with CVS tester sanitation, hazardous waste disposal, and tool cleansing policies
  • Execute the established sales plan, meet sales goals, and beat prior performance targets
  • Follow up with customers to build lasting relationships
