Responsibilities

Seek out customers in the beauty zone to provide personalized sales service, upselling, suggestive selling, and follow-up to build relationships
Engage in conversations with customers, listen to their needs, and provide specialized sales advice
Educate customers on product usage, benefits, and leverage the CVS beauty monthly sampling program
Participate in and represent company sales programs, events, CVS Beauty Club, promotions, and in-store events
Create and maintain product displays, end caps, and promotional materials for key brands and initiatives
Keep the beauty zone well-stocked, well-merchandised, clean, and compliant with hygiene standards
Ensure compliance with CVS tester sanitation, hazardous waste disposal, and tool cleansing policies
Execute the established sales plan by meeting sales budgets and beating prior goals
Maintain current sales, product knowledge, and selling skills through training
