Responsibilities

  • Seek out customers in the beauty zone to provide personalized sales service based on needs, including upselling, suggestive selling, and follow-up contact
  • Engage in conversation with each customer, listen to their needs, and provide specialized sales advice
  • Educate customers on product usage, benefits, and leverage CVS beauty monthly sampling program
  • Participate in and represent company sales programs or events
  • Create and maintain product displays, end caps, and promotional materials
  • Keep assigned beauty area well-stocked, well-merchandised, clean, and compliant with hygiene standards
  • Ensure compliance with CVS tester sanitation, hazardous waste disposal, and tool cleansing policies
  • Complete initial 30/60/90-day onboarding and ongoing training programs
  • Execute sales plan by meeting sales budget, tracking progress, and beating prior goals
  • Participate in sales training meetings and conference calls on programs, promotions, new items, and customer care
