Responsibilities

  • Seek out customers in the beauty zone to provide personalized sales service based on their needs
  • Engage customers in conversation, listen sensitively, and provide specialized sales advice to stimulate sales
  • Answer customer questions in detail using product knowledge to maximize sales baskets
  • Educate customers on product usage, benefits, and leverage the CVS beauty monthly sampling program
  • Discuss CVS Beauty Club programs, invite to in-store events, and explain promotions to close sales
  • Participate in and represent company sales programs or events
  • Create and maintain product displays, end caps, and promotional materials for key brands and initiatives
  • Keep the beauty zone well-stocked, well-merchandised, clean, and compliant with hygiene standards
  • Ensure compliance with CVS tester sanitation, hazardous waste disposal, and tool cleansing policies
  • Execute the established sales plan, participate in sales training meetings and conference calls, and follow company policies
