Responsibilities

Seek out customers in the beauty zone to provide personalized sales service based on their needs
Engage customers in conversation, listen sensitively, and offer specialized sales advice to build lasting relationships
Answer customer questions in detail using product knowledge to maximize sales baskets
Educate customers on product usage, benefits, and leverage the CVS beauty monthly sampling program
Discuss CVS Beauty Club programs, invite to in-store events, and explain promotions to close sales
Participate in and represent company sales programs or events
Create and maintain product displays, end caps, and promotional materials for key brands and initiatives
Keep the beauty zone well-stocked, well-merchandised, clean, and compliant with hygiene standards
Ensure compliance with CVS tester sanitation, hazardous waste disposal, and tool cleansing policies
Execute the established sales plan, meet sales goals, and participate in sales training meetings and conference calls
