Position Overview

In this role, you will manage a team of sales representatives responsible for prospecting efforts for our Paid in Full portfolio. You will report to the Director of Renewals and collaborate with other departments in both our Santiago and Boston offices.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of Customer Engagement Representatives, including managing, coaching, and developing the team to meet specific metrics and outcomes.
  • Partner with the US Sales team to ensure clear alignment in our approach and customer engagement.
  • Leverage data and analytics to assess individual and departmental performance, using this information to evolve processes.
  • Provide continuous coaching and development to the team through frequent feedback conversations based on call reviews, account reviews, and key data.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in how we partner with our customers and partners, and hold the team accountable for implementing and adapting to changes.
  • Enhance existing processes and implement creative new ways for the team to meet their goals.
  • Act as an excellent change manager, demonstrating the ability to launch successful changes across the department, understanding their impact on other teams and the company, and leveraging relationships to build buy-in.
