Requirements
Candidates should be crypto-native and familiar with ZK and the broader landscape, understanding why ZK will unlock new experiences and applications in crypto. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with experience with highly technical products and building customer relationships. An ownership mindset is essential, and a strong understanding of ZK cryptography and/or some coding background is a plus. Prior experience in marketing, business development, product management, or a related field in the crypto space is also preferred.
Responsibilities
The BD & Growth Lead will create written content around product developments and partnerships to present to a broader audience while managing a content calendar. They will work closely with the CEO to build the go-to-market function from 0 to 1, handling all inbound and outbound motions to scale up the customer base. Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing customers and exploring new partnership opportunities will be key to taking Succinct to the next level. Additionally, they will work with customers to explore new use-cases for Succinct's technologies based on feedback and collaborate cross-functionally with the engineering team to incorporate insights into the product roadmap.
