Responsibilities

Oversee project processes and procedures, ensuring efficient execution and monitoring the productivity and performance of both the project team and overall delivery
Align and support business partners internally with data-driven insights into product health and top customer issues
Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including setting timelines, allocating responsibilities, tracking progress, and reporting outcomes
Ensure all project materials, deliverables, methodologies, and procedures meet quality standards and align with organizational goals
Prepare and present clear, insightful program-level reports to senior leadership, highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Gather and prioritize feedback from customers and dealers to identify top product issues, drive improvements, and support strategic decisions
Collaborate closely with industry and rental teams to ensure timely responses to emerging concerns
Provide coaching and training
Own data and communication processes for Cat products in the rental fleet
