Responsibilities

  • Oversee project processes and procedures, ensuring efficient execution and monitoring the productivity and performance of both the project team and overall delivery
  • Align and support business partners internally with data-driven insights into product health and top customer issues
  • Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including setting timelines, allocating responsibilities, tracking progress, and reporting outcomes
  • Ensure all project materials, deliverables, methodologies, and procedures meet quality standards and align with organizational goals
  • Prepare and present clear, insightful program-level reports to senior leadership, highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Gather and prioritize feedback from customers and dealers to identify top product issues, drive improvements, and support strategic decisions
  • Collaborate closely with industry and rental teams to ensure timely responses to emerging concerns
  • Provide coaching and training
  • Own data and communication processes for Cat products in the rental fleet
