Responsibilities

Combineren van werken en leren in de BBL mbo-opleiding Verpleegkundige (niveau 4)
Werken in de thuiszorg (extramurale zorg) voor ongeveer 24 uur per week
Leveren van persoonsgerichte zorg bij cliënten thuis, met aandacht voor wensen, mogelijkheden en welzijn
Zelfstandig uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen en indiceren
Schakelen met andere disciplines in de wijk
Bijdragen aan vergroten van zelfredzaamheid van cliënten, samen met collega's
