Experience in Residential Mortgage process
Client facing or client interaction experience (must)

Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to month-end and year-end schedule of deliverables
Assist the team in assessing soundness of month-end deliverables
Influence, negotiate and build an effective long-term operational relationship with internal and external clients
Resolve complicated issues and make decisions on complex matters impacting business operations
Provide advisory to Leadership, Client Account Leads and Client Financial Management about client open items
Provide proactive support to both internal and external clients
Recommend and implement necessary internal control measures in accordance with established Internal Control policies
Manage day to day operations with experience in Residential Mortgage process
Solve routine problems through precedent and referral to general guidelines
Lead and motivate a team of mortgage professionals, providing coaching, training and support
Drive process automation, increase efficiency, implement & monitor process controls
Drive the team to provide work product within stringent timelines and improved quality
Work independently with or without supervision
Prepare daily and monthly reports or dashboards for client and Accenture cadence
Ensure the team completes tasks at hand and on time
Involve high level of independent decision making
Manage performance evaluation of all team members
Manage Attrition, Attendance and Utilization as per agreed KPIs
