Process FIDM and Non FIDM requests (e.g. Child Support, Tax Levies, Receiverships, or other Garnishments)
Process Garnishment Statement Adjustments
Process Bankruptcies
Process Law Enforcement Requests (e.g. Subpoenas, Arbitration, Cease & Desist)
Process Legal Demand Letters
Handle Power of Attorney / Deceased Account maintenance
Respond to Third-party Inquiry Responses (e.g. Asset Verifications)
Perform Qualifying Direct Deposit maintenance
Handle Savings Account Closures
Manage Charge-off processes
Manage Refund Check Processes (e.g. Reissues, Refund Check Help Form, Breach of Warranty, and Unclaimed Property Escalations)
Handle Tax Escalation requests
Process Privacy / Data Deletion Requests
Conduct Account Ownership Violation Review
Conduct Locked Funds Review
Perform other maintenance reviews
Perform account maintenance services
Perform account closure
Handle deceased customer processing
Process US legal orders
Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems
Interact day-to-day with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
Work with limited exposure to clients and/or Accenture management
Follow moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
