Responsibilities

  • Perform Back Office Operations for a US digital bank, including:
  • Processing Non-FIDM Garnishments, Tax Levies, receiverships, etc
  • Handling Deceased Account Holder cases: validating third-party documentation, changing account status, remitting funds if needed
  • Managing Power of Attorney, Conservatorships, Guardianships: validating third-party documentation and assisting with requests
  • Verifying and handling Law Enforcement Requests and Subpoenas
  • Processing Refund Checks: requesting/validating documents, reissuing checks, opening BoW claims
  • Validating and processing FIDM/Child Support Garnishments from US states
  • Analyze and solve complex problems
  • Interact day-to-day with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
  • Work with limited exposure to clients and/or Accenture management
  • Follow moderate level instructions on daily tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
  • Make decisions impacting own work and potentially others' work
  • Act as an individual contributor within a team with focused scope of work
  • Work in rotational shifts (US time zones)
