Responsibilities

  • Por meio da assessoria, sugerir soluções de investimentos de acordo com o perfil de investidor de cada Cliente
  • Garantir a qualidade e satisfação no atendimento ao cliente sobre o tema de Investimentos
  • Prospectar novos recursos e reter Investimentos da carteira atual, por meio das soluções e vendas consultivas, de acordo com o perfil investidor de cada cliente
  • Diversificar o portfólio de produtos de Investimentos dos clientes na sua carteira, visando atender suas necessidades
  • Atuar como hunter de novos Clientes Investidores, indicando-os para abertura de conta com a agência ou meios digitais
  • Atuação in loco com os Clientes de sua carteira, com visitas em agências Santander ou outros espaços de sua escolha (periodicidade de ao menos 3/4 períodos de visita na semana) e/ou eventos (ambos podem demandar viagens)
