Valid ServSafe Food Safety Certification (must be maintained in good standing)
Full proficiency in executing operational functions of the bakery department, including preparing, baking, and merchandising bakery items to company standards

Knowledge of GOLD Member Standards and key service behaviors (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate; Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, Clean; Listen, Apologize, Solve, Thank)
Responsibilities
Oversee bakery production and operational standards within the bakery department
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Maintain product quality and freshness
Optimize inventory management, including monitoring levels and executing timely replenishment to maintain in-stock conditions
Lead bakery department operations, ensuring efficient production and high-quality prepared foods
Demonstrate full proficiency in preparing, baking, and merchandising bakery items to company standards
Ensure accurate item labeling on all products
Foster open communication, trust, and a positive work environment by acknowledging contributions and supporting team success
Engage with members in a friendly manner, address questions or concerns promptly, and escalate unresolved issues to a supervisor
Maintain club standards, including GOLD Standards, and contribute to club goals in key performance areas
Use supplies responsibly, follow scheduling expectations, and complete tasks efficiently to support financial performance and profitability
