Ability to proof and bake unfinished bakery goods following product handling information using ovens and/or other equipment
Knowledge of safe handling and storage instructions for bakery goods

Responsibilities
Answer questions and recommend bakery items to members
Answer member calls and take special orders
Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods using ovens/equipment and following product handling information and bakery production charts
Unpack bakery goods from the freezer and display proper amounts based on production chart recommendations
Gather products to be prepared for the next business day
Package freshly baked goods including cookies, Danish pastries, muffins, rolls, breads, pies, cakes, and other items as needed
Deliver service excellence, resolve and deescalate member concerns, and ensure a safe and positive environment for members
Work as a team to achieve goals, deliver GOLD club standards daily, and maintain clean and organized displays inside and out
