Ability to proof and bake unfinished bakery goods following product handling information using ovens and/or other equipment

Responsibilities
Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods using ovens/equipment and following product handling information
Unpack bakery goods from the freezer and display proper amounts based on bakery production chart recommendations
Gather products to be prepared for the next business day
Package freshly baked goods, including cookies, Danish pastries, muffins, rolls, breads, pies, cakes, and other items
Answer member questions and recommend bakery items
Answer member calls and take special orders
Maintain all cleaning and safety standards in the bakery department
Ensure a safe and positive environment, deliver GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate), and uphold club standards (fast, friendly, full, fresh, clean; grand opening look daily)
Resolve and deescalate member concerns, work as a team to achieve goals, and monitor department performance reporting
