Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods using ovens/equipment and product handling information
Unpack bakery goods from the freezer and display proper amounts based on bakery production chart recommendations
Gather products to be prepared for the next business day
Package freshly baked goods, including cookies, Danish pastries, muffins, rolls, breads, pies, cakes, and other items
Answer member questions and recommend bakery items
Answer member calls and take special orders
Maintain all cleaning and safety standards in the bakery department
Ensure flawless execution, accountability, and adherence to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate)
Deliver service excellence, resolve member concerns, and ensure a safe, positive environment
Work as a team to achieve goals, stock items, execute promotional plans, maintain signage, and keep areas clean/organized
