Responsibilities
Answer questions and recommend bakery items to members
Answer member calls and take special orders
Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods following product handling instructions and production charts
Gather products for preparation for the next business day
Package freshly baked goods as needed
Unpack bakery goods from freezer and display proper amounts based on production chart recommendations, including safe handling and storage
Decorate special order or case products
Rotate and store bakery products following food safety, freshness, and product handling policies
Receive, inspect, and store bakery shipments
Maintain cleaning and safety standards within the bakery department
Support club policies, procedures, and compliance; escalate concerns as appropriate
Ensure a safe and positive environment; embrace inclusion and diversity
