Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or an equivalent practical experience
5+ years of experience in backend software development
2+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead role
Strong expertise in backend technologies, including Python and Ruby on Rails
Experience with SQL and noSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, Cassandra, or Redis
Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus
Strong understanding of software development best practices, including version control systems such as Git
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems
