2+ years of experience in backend development
Proficiency in python, golang, c++ or java
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
Strong knowledge of API design and development

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient foundational systems (e.g., data infrastructure, streaming infrastructure, ML infrastructure, image/video infrastructure, dev tools)
Work closely with product engineers and AI researchers to deliver best performant systems
Monitor backend systems for performance, errors, and anomalies; implement fixes and improvements as needed
Maintain high code quality through regular code reviews, pair programming, and writing unit and integration tests
Stay updated with the latest system technologies and best practices
