Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and have at least 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on building and maintaining backend services, along with professional working experience in Java development and familiarity with the Spring framework and core AWS services.
As a Backend Engineer, you will leverage backend technologies such as Spring, NoSQL databases, time-series databases, and message queues to build features that customers love, collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering teams to design and build robust, secure, and scalable APIs, continuously monitor and optimize system performance, design, build, and maintain high-performance, reliable, and distributed real-time event processing pipelines, contribute to architectural decisions, and effectively communicate technical progress and trade-offs with stakeholders.
