Responsibilities

Design abstractions to minimize custom code, accommodating diverse business needs.
Handle data scattered across multiple systems and make sense of a large number of moving parts.
Determine operational feasibility through analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
Take accountability for the quality, total cost of ownership, maintainability, and security of developed components.
Review code developed by other developers, providing feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt it based on product/program updates and user feedback.
Seek out opportunities for innovation and share them across multiple teams, fostering experimentation and courage in tackling complex problems.
Shape company culture, engineering practices, and the product as an early team member.
