Requirements

Candidates should possess 4-7 years of proven hands-on Software Development experience, demonstrated experience in Java development, and experience with Google Cloud Platform or AWS or Azure. Responsibilities

As a Back End Engineer at Bilt Rewards, the individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and documenting back-end services for the Bilt mobile app and website, coaching and mentoring junior resources, and collaborating with other team members and stakeholders. They will also enhance and expand the capabilities of the AI chatbot system, design and develop self-service flows, architect scalable systems, write efficient code, identify and implement appropriate technologies, and ensure the technical feasibility of integrations while optimizing the application for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
