Responsibilities

  • Lead, plan, develop and execute all marketing initiatives and activations for B2B portfolio (Team Workspace solution, Personal Workspace solution and Education solution) in Japan
  • Develop local marketing collaterals, sales promotions, and sales tools to support trade partners and end-users adhering to marketing guidelines (Brochures, Banners, e-DMs, Websites, Case Studies, etc.)
  • Manage and execute digital and physical events for trade partners and end users (Webinars, Events, Trade Shows, Exhibitions, etc.)
  • Ensure cross-functional communication and feedback
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives
  • Plan and support local PR efforts for key products and programs
  • Coordinate approvals with legal and other stakeholders
  • Track and manage marketing budget with regular reports and updates
  • All other duties assigned
