The B2B Sales Representative will lead sourcing and business development through face-to-face prospecting, research leads to identify key decision-makers, regularly follow up with decision-makers to build relationships, set in-person business appointments, convert leads into paying customers, meet or exceed monthly sales targets, and manage client expectations while addressing inquiries.
Owns, operates, and advises student housing
