Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (minimum Semester 8 with no remaining classes)
  • Able to commit for 6 months
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret market and revenue data
  • Skilled in data visualization and analysis using Looker, Tableau, and SQL
  • Experience or familiarity with Performance Marketing or Affiliate programs (plus)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on potential partner industries, companies, and trends (e.g., loyalty platforms, fintechs, telcos, super apps)
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for partnership growth and optimization
  • Help build and maintain internal documentation, including partner trackers, campaign calendars, contact logs, and deal summaries
  • Contribute to structuring templates and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for partner onboarding, campaign planning, and reporting
  • Assist API team with mapping and other tasks when required
  • Assist in tracking ongoing campaigns using platforms like Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau, or AppsFlyer
  • Monitor performance dashboards, flag opportunities or issues, and help prepare weekly and monthly reporting
  • Support partnership proposal creation (e.g., presentations, reports, co-branding decks)
  • Assist in the documentation of meetings, partner onboarding, and internal coordination
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., marketing, ops, analytics) to follow up on tasks and timelines
