Requirements

Board certified or board eligible Physician (MD/DO) in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Gynecology (preferred)
Unrestricted medical license in the state of Arizona
Ability to provide primary care and support all aspects of women’s health with compassion and empathy
Adept at providing primary care services to women, including preventative care, hypertension management, diabetes management, urgent care concerns (e.g., coughs, sore throat, abdominal pain), basic dermatological condition management, STD screens, UTI & vaginal infections consults, pelvic pain, vaginal bleeding, and birth control counseling
Comfortable managing a variety of clinical cases with curiosity, warmth, and collaboration
Motivated to elevate women’s care using a shared-decision making approach
Facile with technology and interested in developing new technology to support clinical care
Data driven, incorporating new and evolving research into practice
Excited about teaching and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team (e.g., nurse practitioners, acupuncture providers, support staff)
Tolerant and inclusive thinker
Available for part-time or full-time in Arizona area clinics

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care to women, including preventative care, holistic primary care, acute and chronic disease management
Deliver affirming clinical care across the full spectrum of women’s health
Engage in teaching and collaboration as part of the interdisciplinary care team
Partner with technical teams to contribute to the technology life cycle of products and tools used for patient care
Collaborate with other care team members to ensure excellent care for every patient
