Candidates must have customer-facing contact center experience and experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions. Experience with communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP, hands-on scripting/coding (e.g., python, java, c#, .NET, Node.js), API integration, strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, and experience with Cloudformation, Contact Flow Design, Lambda Integration, Lex Integration, and Call Center Routing are required. Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks for building, testing, and deploying software, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CodeDeploy, and contact center architecture knowledge are also necessary. Excellent communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT management, and customers are essential.
The AWS Solution Architect will ensure customer success in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions, conduct technology assessments and audits to identify the need for moving to the CCaaS AWS Connect Platform, and facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements. They will educate customers on the value proposition of AWS, participate in architectural discussions, lead discovery, help customers build ROIs, and deliver presentations. The role involves translating customer requirements into contact center designs, overseeing and mentoring technical teams, acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, and driving best practice contact center design. Responsibilities also include managing project and customer communications, delivering customer end-user training and documentation, exercising independent judgment on enterprise-level projects, and leading vision and strategy discussions with leadership.
