Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience leading and managing technical teams, with experience managing managers being an advantage for Senior Manager roles. A strong understanding of AWS cloud architecture, security, compliance, and automation is essential, alongside proven success in driving innovation and efficiency within technical teams. Experience in the Contact Center domain, particularly with Amazon Connect and its integration with Salesforce Service Cloud, is required, as is an AWS Solution Architect Associate Certification.

Responsibilities

The AWS Manager will act as the AWS subject matter expert, providing leadership and guidance to internal teams, while also coaching, mentoring, and developing junior AWS team members. Responsibilities include managing project resource staffing, utilization, and capacity planning, driving hiring strategies, and building high-performing teams. The role involves establishing and overseeing OKRs, collaborating with business leaders, and representing the company in talent acquisition efforts. Technically, the manager will architect, implement, and optimize AWS solutions, oversee cloud governance and DevOps practices, and lead complex AWS projects integrating services like Amazon Connect, Lex, SageMaker, Q, and Bedrock. They will also drive innovation in CCaaS by leveraging AWS and third-party platforms, ensuring seamless integration between Amazon Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud, and advocating for AWS best practices.
