Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Cybersecurity, Instructional Design, Behavioural Science, or a related field, and have 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity awareness, learning and development, or digital communications within a complex global organization. They should have proven experience working with platforms such as Hoxhunt, Immersive Labs, LMS systems, and content design tools, and a strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and user-focused threat vectors (phishing, social engineering, insider risk).

Responsibilities

The Awareness and Communication Specialist will plan, create, and manage short, high-impact nano learning modules tailored to diverse employee groups and risk areas, developing engaging, scenario-based content to build security habits around phishing, password hygiene, and remote work. They will design and run targeted phishing simulation campaigns, analyze user behavior and metrics to improve awareness, collaborate with departments to align campaigns with policies, coordinate cyber crisis simulations, support the Information Security Academy with learning assets, and create content for awareness campaigns and internal channels.
