Product executive with deep intuition for SaaS application lifecycles, viewing the user-facing interface as the primary driver of value, adoption, and customer satisfaction
Ability to bring order to complexity in a vast ecosystem, ensuring the "Core" user journey is the strongest part
Systems thinker who balances rigid consistency (e.g., Navigation, Headers, Admin tools) with flexibility for vertical product teams
Leader of leaders, capable of mentoring a team of Senior and Principal Product Managers
Ability to bridge Design aspirations and Engineering realities, championing modern frontend architectures (e.g., React) and Design Systems to create a "Paved Road."
Passionate, innovative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and willingly takes on new tasks

Responsibilities

Own the strategic vision and execution for foundational application layers of MyGeotab (Web) and Geotab Drive (Mobile)
Lead the portfolio binding the Geotab ecosystem together, ensuring seamless, high-quality, performant experience for millions of users
Manage and align a team of product leaders responsible for "front-of-house" functionality: Asset Management, Map Interfaces, Global Navigation, Rules Engines, and Onboarding
Ensure shared components are intuitive, scalable, and best-in-class
Partner closely with the AVP of Product Design to rationalize a complex roadmap and drive transition from legacy interfaces to modern, responsive frameworks
Oversee strategy for Mobile, ensuring experience continuity between web platform and driver app
Define "Quality" in the Geotab user experience and establish SaaS metrics to measure it
Define the roadmap for the Core UX portfolio, prioritizing high-impact shared components (Menu, Dashboard, Maps) that serve the entire enterprise
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers
