Responsibilities

Lead enterprise strategy for drug safety technology systems and pharmacovigilance capabilities, including continuous modernization to meet regulatory and business needs
Drive service management transformation utilizing the Global Capability Center in India, including assessing/simplifying workflows, insourcing, and adopting automation/AI
Provide strategic direction, oversight, and execution for R&D technology teams in Asia (China, Japan, Singapore), ensuring harmonization with global innovation
Champion AI and advanced analytics integration across patient safety, pharmacovigilance, service management, and Asia R&D workflows and platforms
Define and execute multi-year technology strategies for patient safety, Asia R&D, and related domains aligned with corporate objectives and R&D priorities
Partner with senior R&D and business leaders to transform technology enabling patient safety and operational efficiency
Lead a high-performing global team with accountability across the US and key Asian markets
Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution to deliver productivity, quality, speed improvements, and faster/safer delivery of medicines
