Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve technical strategies and roadmaps that align with digital transformation goals
  • Design and lead the implementation of scalable, cloud-native digital solutions using modern frameworks and platforms
  • Guide frontend, backend, and mobile development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices across the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Deliver secure, high-performing, and user-centric applications using agile methodologies and DevSecOps principles
  • Oversee CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), automated testing, and code quality initiatives
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor in client engagements, supporting digital strategy, architecture, and solution design
  • Mentor and grow engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
  • Lead cross-functional engineering teams and collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to drive platform modernization, accelerate innovation, and enable end-to-end digital transformation
