Avionics Engineering Lead at E-Space

Candidates need 5+ years of Electrical Engineering management experience leading teams of 6+, and 10+ years in electronics product development, test, and flight in aerospace. Expertise in power, digital, and analog circuit design, simulation, analysis, testing, high reliability electronics, and FPGA development and test practices is required.

The position is based in the Saratoga, CA office.

The role leads day-to-day execution for 8+ Electrical and FPGA engineers, plans and tracks tasks, ensures standards are followed, provides resources, supports technical tasks, helps with skill development, and conducts performance evaluations.
