Requirements

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably with robotics or automated systems. Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems are essential, along with familiarity with schematics and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

The Automation Maintenance Technician II will perform inspections on automated robotic vehicles and adapters, lead continuous operation by adjusting and calibrating system components, troubleshoot anomalies and stoppages, document repairs and actions in the CMMS, communicate production impacting problems, and ensure quality maintenance while adhering to 5S policies. They will also be responsible for system upkeep, recovery of automated robotic vehicles, minor utility work, and troubleshooting robotic arm systems.
