Requirements

Master’s degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in automation engineering, preferably in a high-volume, high-complexity manufacturing environment
Knowledge of automation technologies, including PLCs, robotics, HMI, SCADA, and industrial networks
Experience with CAD software and electrical schematics
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to automation and manufacturing

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and safety in the production of ICSP consumables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to identify automation opportunities and requirements
Develop and maintain detailed documentation for automation systems, including design specifications, user manuals, and maintenance procedures
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automated systems to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production
Conduct regular performance evaluations of automated systems and implement improvements as needed
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to automation and manufacturing processes
Provide training and support to production staff on the use and maintenance of automated systems
Stay updated with the latest advancements in automation technology and integrate relevant innovations into our processes
