Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in automation engineering, preferably in a high-volume, high-complexity manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of automation technologies, including PLCs, robotics, HMI, SCADA, and industrial networks
  • Experience with CAD software and electrical schematics
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to automation and manufacturing

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and safety in the production of ICSP consumables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to identify automation opportunities and requirements
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for automation systems, including design specifications, user manuals, and maintenance procedures
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automated systems to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of automated systems and implement improvements as needed
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to automation and manufacturing processes
  • Provide training and support to production staff on the use and maintenance of automated systems
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in automation technology and integrate relevant innovations into our processes
