Responsibilities

As a Workflow Automation Engineer, you will design and implement workflow automations to support a wide range of use cases across IT, Security, HR, Finance, and Engineering, including onboarding/offboarding, asset management, access provisioning, and ticket routing; build scalable automations using tools like Power Automate, ServiceNow Workflows, custom Python scripts, and REST APIs; streamline service delivery by eliminating manual steps and enabling self-service; partner with process owners to understand requirements and deliver secure, maintainable, and scalable solutions; improve operational efficiency and consistency by enforcing logic and standardization; ensure auditability and security in all automation designs; document workflows and integrations; and mentor others in automation adoption.
