  • Improve operational efficiency and consistency by enforcing logic, validation, and standardization through automated workflows.
  • Ensure auditability and security in all automation designs, protecting data, managing access controls, and logging actions for traceability.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize automations for performance, reliability, and usage; proactively address failures or edge cases.
  • Document workflows, integrations, and runbooks, and evangelize best practices across teams.
  • Mentor and support others in automation adoption, promoting a culture of operational excellence and digital enablement.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience building enterprise-grade automations and workflows using low-code platforms (e.g., Power Automate, ServiceNow, Zapier, Workato), scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript), and API integration.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication (OAuth, tokens), and working with JSON/XML payloads.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex processes into automation-friendly components.
  • Familiarity with ITSM platforms (such as ServiceNow), ticketing systems, and enterprise SaaS ecosystems (Okta, Slack, Jira, Zoom, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
  • Passion for automation.
