Requirements

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an Automation Developer, with specific expertise in UiPath development within an intelligent automation environment. Candidates should also possess experience working in an Agile delivery model, have database experience with Microsoft SQL and other cloud-based environments, and be proficient in using published APIs. Additionally, MS Power App development experience, strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, solution design, and technical skills are required, alongside strong written and communication skills for stakeholder engagement and solution documentation. A demonstrated track record of delivering sustainable solutions is also expected.

Responsibilities

The Automation Developer will collaborate with team members and business partners to assess, design, and build intelligent automation solutions, potentially incorporating technologies like Agentic AI and Comms mining. This role involves translating business needs into simple requirements and process designs using the Scrum framework, providing support to production teams, and assisting with proof-of-concept initiatives for new tools and technologies. The developer will also work with third-party vendors and internal squads to embed best practices into the SDLC and contribute innovative ideas for working methods.
