Requirements

  • Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) Administration & Architecture expertise (lead design, configuration, administration; best practices in OFSC integrations with ERP, CRM, third-party applications)
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Expertise (architect and implement OCI-based solutions; ensure high availability, security, scalability; oversee networking, identity management, performance tuning; provide disaster recovery, backup, security best practices)
  • 15 years full-time education

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement automation process controls, including design specifications and engineer configurations
  • Use knowledge of industry design practices and automation systems to create and develop drawings
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform tasks
  • Be responsible for team decisions
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
  • Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
  • Lead the implementation of automation process controls
  • Analyze and optimize design specifications
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of engineering configurations
  • Lead the design, configuration, and administration of Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions
  • Ensure best practices in OFSC integrations with ERP, CRM, and third-party applications
  • Architect and implement OCI-based solutions to support OFSC deployments
  • Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of OCI-hosted applications
  • Oversee networking, identity management, and performance tuning within OCI
  • Provide disaster recovery, backup, and security best practices for OCI environments
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, understanding business needs and translating them into technical solutions
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops, requirement gathering, and feasibility analysis
  • Present architecture solutions, roadmaps, and implementation plans to executives and technical teams
  • Ensure solutions align with industry standards and business goals
  • Design and oversee API integrations between OFSC, OCI, and enterprise applications (Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle Fusion, etc.)
  • Ensure data synchronization, security, and scalability of integrated solutions
  • Implement event-driven architectures, microservices, and middleware solutions as needed
  • Monitor and optimize OFSC performance, job execution, and resource utilization
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges in cloud service operations
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement strategies
