Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field (equivalency of education, training, and/or directly related experience may be considered)
Experience reviewing and triaging tickets (required)
Experience with Python (required)
Experience troubleshooting issues (e.g., VPN, access) with end users (required)
Experience programming with React, Django, and Vite (preferred)
Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools (preferred)
Strong analytical skills with proven ability to resolve complex issues
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Capability to operate autonomously and collaborate effectively within a team
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, including drug screening
Location: Fully remote on the East Coast (relocation assistance not provided)

Responsibilities

Review and triage tickets in ServiceNow to ensure timely and accurate issue resolution
Triage and resolve issue tickets quickly for an enterprise application
Apply programming skills to assist in troubleshooting problems (with preferred experience in React, Python, JavaScript, Django, and Vite)
Ensure compliance with rigorous quality standards and guidelines
