Requirements

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
Minimum 1 to 3 years' experience in consulting & advisory (non-transaction)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of real estate market dynamics and trends
Familiarity with financial modelling and valuation techniques
Strong research and report writing abilities
Exceptional problem-solving skills, leadership ability and experience, ability to grasp and communicate complex ideas clearly, collaborative team player

Responsibilities

Executing and overseeing the delivery of assignments
Business development support and collections
Represent Colliers advisory to clients for presentations and BD pitches
Clear understanding and identifying objectives of clients
Develop business models and financial projections on the basis of the understanding of the market dynamics and clients’ business
Articulate and present reports/deliverables to the Client
Undertake research into specific industry sector, markets, and competitors through secondary sources and primary interactions
Understand and develop knowledge of the relevant players in the industry (both investment and development side of real estate)
Gather knowledge of the regulatory environment in the real estate industry and how it affects specific businesses
