Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted partner to clients by supporting and managing day-to-day communications, anticipating needs, and ensuring high-quality delivery
  • Guide project workstreams, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining alignment with client business objectives
  • Contribute to strategic discussions by grounding client decisions in data and surfacing actionable insights
  • Represent the research team in presentations and client meetings, articulating methodological rigor and business relevance
  • Resolve or seek support for resolution of project issues to maintain timing and delivery standards
  • Guide the development of survey instruments that are methodologically sound and aligned with business questions
  • Guide decisions on sampling strategy, respondent targeting, and data collection methods to ensure data quality and relevance
  • Implement advanced quantitative techniques (e.g., MaxDiff, TURF, segmentation) where appropriate, with support from senior methodologists
  • Manage survey programming and testing processes with attention to logic, flow, and user experience
  • Develop analytic plans and manage data processing processes with hub partners
  • Own the initial analysis of complex data sets, identifying patterns, anomalies, and compelling narratives that address core research objectives
  • Synthesize findings into clear, business-focused insights that drive strategic decisions
  • Support the client consulting team in designing and executing high-impact studies that address complex business questions
  • Develop insight-driven reports that represent the voice of the consumer and translate data into actionable business recommendations
  • Manage research projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met
  • Contribute to revenue growth by delivering high-quality work, fostering strong client relationships, and driving project success
