Requirements

  • 1-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully hiring GTM roles across all departments (Professional Services, Customer Success and Services, Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, etc.)
  • Foundational understanding of recruiting within the competitive Mexico tech landscape and comfort with cross-cultural communication
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate the company's value proposition and vision to prospective candidates
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and autonomous mindset; takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Own the Candidate Pipeline: Proactively source, engage, and nurture a diverse pipeline of top-tier talent across all experience levels
  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Partner with the marketing team to promote career opportunities and culture, representing the company at industry events, meetups, and conferences (virtual and in-person)
  • Drive the Hiring Process: Manage a seamless and positive end-to-end candidate experience, including scheduling, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely communication
  • Operational Excellence: Continuously iterate and improve GTM hiring strategies, processes, and documentation to ensure efficiency, scalability, and an exceptional interviewer and candidate experience
  • Collaborate Strategically: Work closely with hiring managers to define roles, understand team needs, and develop effective, market-specific sourcing strategies
