Requirements

  • Ability to work onsite in Alameda, CA
  • Experience leading complex projects in a PMO or similar environment, particularly in customer experience, digital platforms, or healthcare
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with teams including IT, Commercial, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and Manufacturing
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies for planning, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and budgeting
  • Capability to drive strategic rationale, value proposition confirmation, and division-wide problem-solving
  • Experience prioritizing activities, balancing resources, deliverables, schedules, and business needs across programs

Responsibilities

  • Formulate, harmonize, and consolidate project scopes, plans, strategies, and budgets for one or more projects, working with functional Project Managers and Subject Matter Experts
  • Confirm ongoing strategic rationale and value proposition for projects
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting
  • Ensure Division-wide thinking and problem-solving are incorporated into project execution
  • Drive resolution in cross-functional problem-solving, communication, and integration
  • Liaise with Project Owners, functional managers, and management to prioritize activities across programs, balancing resource availability, deliverables, schedule, and business needs
  • Liaise with Project Owners, functional managers, and management to monitor business processes
  • Work with cross-functional teams to set strategy, evaluate ideas, prioritize features, define releases, manage product roadmap, timelines, and budget
  • Coordinate with cross-functional ADC and Abbott team members worldwide
  • Report project status and progress to ADC senior Management
  • Drive projects aimed at improving NPS, acquisition, retention, and key experience metrics for Libre platform customers, including AI implementation, operational efficiencies, complaint processes, handling time reduction, and warranty automation
