Requirements

  • Ability to formulate, harmonize, and consolidate project scopes, plans, strategies, and budgets for one or more projects
  • Capability to work closely with functional Project Managers and Subject Matter Experts from IT, Commercial, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and other functions
  • Experience leading project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting
  • Skills in driving cross-functional problem-solving, communication, and integration
  • Ability to liaise with Project Owners, functional managers, and management to prioritize activities, balance resources, deliverables, schedules, and business needs
  • Competence in confirming ongoing strategic rationale and value proposition for projects
  • Capacity to ensure Division-wide thinking and problem-solving in project execution
  • Experience monitoring business processes and executing programs to completion

Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional teams to set strategy, evaluate ideas, prioritize features, define releases, manage product roadmap, timelines, and budget
  • Coordinate with cross-functional ADC and Abbott team members worldwide
  • Report project status and progress to ADC senior Management
  • Drive complex projects to improve NPS, acquisition, retention targets, and other key experience metrics for Libre platform customers
  • Lead projects including implementation of AI tools in customer service channels, improving operational efficiencies in complaint investigation processes, reducing average handling time of customer calls by improving data access, and automating warranty replacement handling
