Responsibilities

  • Training and support for doctors and OP staff before and during operations in handling the Mako system in the greater Greifswald area
  • OP instruction on the clinical and technical management of the Mako system and its installed applications (hip and knee TEP sliders)
  • Software explanation for preparing preoperative CT data compatible with Mako and supporting the doctor in preoperative planning
  • Creation of previews for upcoming operations with the Mako system
  • Planning, organization, and execution of training programs as well as presentations for users from OP and radiology departments
  • Coordination of newly acquired customers in collaboration with the endoprosthetics sales team
  • Sales support for all product-specific questions at trade fairs and congresses
