Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
  • 2+ Years of hands-on experience in Product Operations, or process improvement
  • Understanding of Agile and product development concepts
  • Good organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with productivity or project management tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable, Confluence)
  • A proactive mindset — eager to take ownership and learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience working in or with technology-driven organizations
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable working across multiple teams and functions

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to document, standardize, and improve product management/development workflows
  • Assist implementing operational frameworks for roadmap planning, sprint cycles, release management, and product reviews
  • Identify inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance team productivity and scalability
  • Support the collection and organization of product metrics and performance data
  • Create dashboards and reports that improve visibility into product performance, project status, and operational KPIs
  • Track and communicate progress toward key product and business goals
  • Serve as a connector between Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure smooth coordination
  • Maintain communication channels, document decisions, and follow up on action items to keep teams aligned
  • Support the rollout of new tools, systems, and processes across the organization
  • Help manage and optimize core product management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable, Confluence)
  • Ensure data consistency and process adherence across tools and documentation platforms
  • Research and recommend new tools or automations to streamline operations
